Safeguarding responsibilities for both Leicestershire and Rutland are handled by the Leicestershire and Rutland Safeguarding Children Partnership and the Leicestershire and Rutland Safeguarding Adults Board.
Both organisations house a number of statutory and non-statutory partners within the group, including representatives from the local NHS groups, probation service and police.
